iPadOS 16 Reportedly Delayed From September To October

According to Bloomberg, Apple will move the release of iPadOS 16 from September to October.  Apple is still figuring out Stage Manager. The functionality, which is only available on iPads with M1 and above processors, introduces a new method to multitask with several overlapping windows.
