Gears of War 4 developer The Coalition has announced the Gears of War 4 beta starts in April. Those who've played Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will get first crack at the Gears 4 versus multiplayer beta on April 18, when the first wave of beta tokens go out on Xbox Live. You’ll have to play Ultimate Edition by April 11 at 11 PM PDT to qualify for a token. The early access period will last until April 24, at which time all qualifying Xbox One Gold members on Xbox One can join the beta until May 1.
