Doom Is Coming Back Sooner Than We Thought
Bethesda has revealed that Doom will release on May 13 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. Bethesda also announced a "premium collector's edition," as well as bonuses for players who pre-order the game. The collector’s edition will include a 12-inch tall statue of the Revenant demon "modeled from actual in-game 3D files." Pre-ordering either the collector’s or standard editions of Doom will give players access to the Demon Multiplayer Pack, which contains "a unique demon armor set with three skin variations, 6 metallic paint colors," as well as three Id logos players can apply "to weapons and armor." The pre-order bonuses also include 6 "Hack Modules," which are ”one-time consumable items that can give you an edge in a multiplayer match." The Doom collector's edition and standard edition are up for pre-order now.
