Play Xbox Games On Your PC ?

Microsoft could be working on a streaming service that will allow Xbox One and Xbox 360 games to be played on PC. The games would be playable in players  browsers, could possibly be playable at around 60 FPS. The same streaming service would run the Xbox 360 dashboard in players' browsers, a downside to all this is that Microsoft may have some obstacles to overcoming the licensing and this service could cut into publishers’ PC game sales.
