When speaking to
Game Informer, Yves Guillemot (Chairmen and CEO of Ubisoft) explained that Wii U game sales only made up three percent of the company's total for the last fiscal year. In contrast, the PS4 and Xbox One made up nine and six percent respectively, despite not even being out for the entire year. Here’s what Guillemot had to say, "It’s very simple. What we see is that Nintendo customers don’t buy Assassin’s Creed. Last year, we sold in very small numbers. What we see is that they are very interested in Just Dance, very interested by other kinds of games. So what we are trying to do is to focus more on the types of games they are interested in. Watch Dogs is coming to Wii U and It will be the only mature game we publish on it”
