Is Kano in Mortal Kombat X ?

Some screenshots have been recently leaked that Kano might be apart of Mortal Kombat X roster. Ed Boon the creator of the Mortal Kombat series has teased that new information on the game would be revealed at GamesCon in Cologne, Germany. This all makes sense as one of the screenshots has German writing in the bottom corner describing what's going on in the screenshot. We also see one of the new characters Kotal Kahn in one of the screenshots, who was previously announced at E3 back in June along with the reveal of the game. Well just have wait and see what news comes out at GamesCon.
