Free-to-play game Genshin Impact has had tremendous success on PlayStation, PC, and mobile devices, and it was reported that it will be heading to the Nintendo Switch in 2020. Since then, we haven't heard much regarding a Nintendo Switch version, except from the fact that the creators were having difficulties with the game due to hardware. When contacted, the company's public relations staff responded that the game is still in the works and that more information would be shared as production develops. It's difficult to imagine how well Genshin Impact would operate on current Switch hardware, but according to the miHoYo PR team, it's still coming to Nintendo Switch.
