Electronic Arts will be releasing Rogue One DLC for Star Wars Battlefront on December 6 for PS4, Xbox One and PC. The final expansion will be titled Rogue One: Scarif, based on the upcoming Rogue One: A Star Wars Story film. It will feature 4 maps and 2 new heroes: Jyn Erso and Orson Krennic. One of the additional areas is Scarif, the tropical planet seen in trailers for the movie. Star Wars Battlefront also will see the introduction of a new game mode, offering space and ground combat, with the launch of the Rogue One DLC. PlayStation VR owners can also check out the Star Wars Battlefront Rogue One: X-Wing VR mission December 6 as well, which will be free. Rogue One: Scarif will be included for Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass holders, or will be available for purchase on its own.
