Nintendo has taken down No Mario’s Sky (a mix of Super Mario and No Man’s Sky) due to a copyright claim. However that hasn’t stopped the team who were behind the game as they have cleverly relaunched the game as DMCA’s Sky. ASMB who created the game in just 72 hours also released a statement due to the takedown notice. The game is free and is available to download, here.
