Overwatch’s Summer Games Event Won’t Be The Last Seasonal Event

The Summer Games event is the first seasonal event for Overwatch and it won't be the last according to Blizzard. "This is our very first seasonal event in Overwatch," said Blizzard in a press release, "but there are more on the horizon. We're not quite ready to reveal our plans, but you can expect to see more festive Loot Box items, maps, and modes in the future." Overwatch’s Olympics-themed Summer Games event, adds new cosmetic items as well as a new Lucioball game type and arena. The event runs until August 22.
