Overwatch’s competitive mode is available today on PC. Competitive mode kicks off with a shorter season before it enters the normal 3 month rotation. This shorter first season will last 1 month and a half. “Competitive Play is definitely one of those features that will take us a few iterations to get right, and by getting the system out there sooner, we can start making improvements based on your feedback sooner too,” says Blizzard. Competitive mode is coming to PS4 and Xbox One players next week in a patch. No specific date has been announced.UPDATE 6/29/16 - Competitive play is now available on Xbox One.
