PlayStation Vue Is Going Nationwide (UPDATE)


PlayStation Vue will be launching a "Slim multi-channel plans" for the television streaming and DVR service. Slim will cost you $30 a month, and offer more than 55 live cable and sports channels. Core Slim features the same channels, plus "national and regional sports networks" for $35 a month. Elite Slim adds "movie and entertainment channels" for $45. The total number of stations is more than 100. Also, PlayStation Vue will be available across the U.S. The service was previously only available in select cities. UPDATE 11/10/11 - PlayStation Vue will no longer have Viacom content starting on November 11th. That means that channels like Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon and Spike will no longer be available on Vue.
