Those who pre order the game will have access to a special beta test on PlayStation 4 on July 23. Capcom is adding Birdie to the roster, as well as Cammy. Those characters join Ryu, Chun-Li, M. Bison, and Charlie Nash as the characters included in the roster so far. Street Fighter V is coming to PlayStation 4 and PC next year.
