According to Eurogamer, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild won't launch alongside Nintendo Switch in March 2017. Sources from Nintendo insider Emily Rogers say that localization on the game may not be completed until the end of December, at which point an additional “4 to 6 months" will be required for testing before launch. After being in development for so long, it seems that Nintendo is dedicated to releasing Breath of the Wild in as flawless a state as possible. If The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild isn't a launch title for Nintendo Switch, Eurogamer has heard the new Mario game may be finished in time to fill its spot.
