All Twitter Users Will Soon Be Able To Create Their Own Moments (UPDATE)

Twitter has announced that in the "coming months" everyone will be able to create their own Moments on the social network. Twitter Moments have mainly been created by teams within the company and a few select partners. The collection of tweets usually highlight trending news topics. What do you think of Twitter opening up moments to everyone ?
