The Pokemon GO Fest didn’t go as plan for Niantic or the attendees at the event. Because the event was such a disaster (to some) some attendees are suing Niantic. Thomas Zimmerman who is a Chicago-based attorney has said that he has 30-50 dissatisfied people on his books who are looking to sue to the company. He’s basically looking to reclaim the expenses for those who traveled from outside Chicago.
